What a great ad. The line about how people see those 'red tails' and how they feel walking onto a Qantas plane on the way home is so true. Very clever of Qantas to tap into it.

Closing a lot of their lounges would make sense to me, if a Oneworld partner has a good enough lounge at a certian airport why should MAS also have their own?
Nov 07, 2014, 10.09 AM / Malaysia Airlines: no cuts to Australian, UK or European flights
I think Qantas should keep 1 or 2 iMacs in the lounge, 'just in case', but so many people fly with 'BYO tech' these days that desktop PCs are not needed.

I have a similar strategy to Mayan, except that I had my indentured slaves change most of my cash reserves into gold. Some complained how heavy the gold bars were, so I had them executed on the spot. It's so hard to get good help these days.

Austline and Robert: what do you have to say now? A week ago you were swearing on a stack of Bibles that QF would downsize the international division, slash international routes, stop flying to London and have all QF services terminate to Dubai, add more JQ international flights in place of Q...

Except this is NOT 'news' Robert, it's just idle rumour and as we can see now from today's QF announcements some of this rumour has already been shot down, which should make amny sensible person doubt the 'truth' of the rest of Austline's claims. As I have said, come next Thursday if I am proven...

Here are some very good reasons I think Austline is trolling, he says "SCL gone code share with LA" yet as we can see from the link above, Qantas has announced that Sydney-Santiago will go UP from three flights a week to four flights a week. And also why would Qantas today announce BNE-LAX-NY as ...
