If they apply the most advantageous philosophy then yes, Regardless, you'll both have access to the T4 AA Flagship lounge. Based on my experiences last Saturday it's the better option anyway. (The Qantas LAX First lounge a la cart menu has significantly deteriorated IMHO.)
