New hotels on the map for Perth

If you're trekking across to Perth on business, you'll soon have more choice than ever before when it comes to choosing a place to kick back for the evening, with several prominent international chains setting up shop in Australia's mining capital.

Included on that list is the prestigious Ritz-Carlton group, Starwood's Westin and Aloft brands, plus Hilton's full-service DoubleTree label with its free warm cookies greeting every guest at check-in.

The city's Parmelia Hilton and Four Points properties have also undergone recent revamps, so whether you're visiting for work or enjoying a weekend away, here’s what’s on the cards for travellers to Perth over the next few years.

    Not 'missed' so much as 'old news' - Crown Towers Perth was announced in 2012, whereas everything above is from this year.

    (Otherwise we'd be highlighting the same stuff for years until each property opened.)
