Westpac QF promo bonus points issues

Is anyone experiencing issues with receiving their sign up promo points from Westpac? It has been over the 12 week wait period and I have not been credited 60k QF points after meeting their requirements. I have contacted the rewards team and all they can advise is they will raise the query with admin and get back to me in 2 business days - and it’s been over a week now.

If you're getting nowhere after multiple attempts to contact Westpac to resolve then contact the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service).

Apparently the FOS as of 1 November 2018 has now been replaced by the AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority)

Same thing happened with me, but was swiftly resolved with one phone call... keep trying before you escalate to ombudsman level!

I spoke to the Rewards team yesterday. He spouted a lot of incorrect info and finally escalated it to his 'Admin Team'. Now waiting for 2 days, then will be writing to them and putting them on notice very soon.
