  • Try cancelling the upgrade request and resubmit it. This has fixed this problem for me on several occasions where I booked the ticket then requested an upgrade immediately.

  • You're wrong there djtech about the flat beds and direct aisle access. The 777-200's flying to Melbourne and Wellington don't have it either. I agree with the lack of consistency comment up thread.

  • Yes I've had the same issue but only with flights. Not with other points earning transactions. A domestic flight I took on the 1st took the full 14 days to appear on my account. I was just about to lodge a missing points claim.
