I know a lot of Qantas operational staff use the secondary security lane - but given they have their act together they generally get through really quickly so don't sweat trying to beat them to the point - if they're operational they'll queue jump anyway!

I'm with CityRail and DrSK - Accor have a good spread of properties but the program is becoming very disjointed. I still can't believe Mantra isn't in the program. Many of their offers are poorly targeted and offer little value. They really need to lift their game
