Qantas wine bonus points delays

Up until January, I’ve always had Qantas bonus points for wine purchases processed into my account within two or three days and always before the wine arrives. This month, however, I’m into week two with no points and enjoying my wine. I’m not sure if this delay reflects a change in policy or processing time - Qantas said allow six weeks - and so if you, like me, counted on the quick transfer of points to help with an award or upgrade, you may need to think about longer lead times.

Could be because of the Christmas rush. I've had points post very quickly in the past as well.

I am in the same boat, always had points posted very quickly but my order for January has seen none posted and now a week past delivery.

I'm still waiting for points to arrive and it's been 4 weeks since my order. I've never experienced this delay before with Qantas Wine. When I called them they advised that points can take up to 6 weeks to be credited to my account.

Same issue here, ordered the 31st of Dec and no points yet. I'm patiently waiting for the 6 week period.

Me too! I called and the Rep said there is currently a delay due to the heavy Xmas traffic of orders. So points processing is backed up, but will happen eventually.

Same boat. Oddly enough, points and status credits from a recent Jetstar flight appeared in my account two days after flying though - which NEVER happens!

I got an email today to "check in" about Qantas wine and noted the delay. Got an email straight away from the manager advising that my points will be posted this week.

Just letting everyone know that Qantas said points will be in everyone's account no later than this Friday. Mine arrived today, so check whether yours have come through.

Got mine rtoday, order placed 18 Dec. called them yesterday, got same speil. Poor form, they’re playing the cashflow game. Computers can process faster than this.
