Delays S.E. Asia/Europe

It seems with Pakistan airspace closed there are 2-3 hour delays on some flights between S.E. Asia (e.g. Singapore, Bangkok) and Europe. It's reported this is due to the need for a refueling stop after routing changes. Obviously this could cause problems with connections. It may be aircraft dependent: Qantas has advised only 20-30 minute delays on the a380 Singapore/London service. Flights to/from North Asia are not affected as these usually route over Russia. Additionally, it seems U.S. carriers have cancelled a number of services to/from India.
